Global Mission Team // March 8, 2019

God is doing exciting things worldwide, and Anthem is always blessed to be a part of the Great Commission everywhere God is moving.

Maurice Roberts and Caleb Hon visited India at the end of January. Anthem’s involvement with the ministry there is in transition and they went over to discuss some of the changes we will be experiencing in the near future.

Here is a highlight as described by Maurice:

At the beginning of this year, DK (Anthem’s main contact in India) told us about a couple of testimonies of recent conversions there – One a Hindu woman and the other a Muslim man. A major part of their story was their witness to their own family who were anti-Christian. My highlight was to meet both of these new believers as we visited their two fellowship groups. I got to listen to their firsthand story of Jesus becoming their Savior.

In addition to our other mission efforts, please keep DK, his family, and the ministry in India in your prayers. This year will see some transitions in leadership there. Pray for wisdom and a smooth transition and that the churches there would be led by the Spirit.
